Not only does the mother suffer following an abortion, but there are also other abortion "survivors" -- fathers, grandparents and siblings.
You may feel you have committed: the "unforgivable" sin of abortion. Many women and men carry the unspeakable heartache of past abortion. You may benefit from the experience and understanding of others who have suffered through this trauma. There is HOPE in the journey. Giving yourself permission to mourn the loss of your aborted child will allow you to grieve and enables you to begin healing.

- 43% of women will have at least 1 abortion by the age of 45
- 47% of abortions are repeat abortions
- 70% of women choosing abortion believe that abortion is morally wrong. They are choosing against their consciences because of some pressure, from others or circumstances, which make them feel they have no other choice.1
The church is building a team of clergy, licensed counselors and volunteers who are sensitive and trained in abortion trauma. We are reaching out to men and women who have experienced the wounds of abortion and prayerfully support you in the healing process.
